Jack received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2021. Before earning his Doctorate, he majored in Kinesiology at Oregon State University, where he also was a member of the National Championship baseball team in 2018 as a starting outfielder.

While at Oregon State, he was recognized for his accomplishments on and off the field, as he earned All-PAC-12 outfielder and the Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2018 for the entire conference. Before his time at Oregon State, he was a 3-sport athlete in football, baseball, and basketball at local Lake Oswego High school, earning All-State honors in football and baseball.

Jack believes effective physical therapy interventions start with a patient-centered environment where respect, trust, honesty, and effective communication are paramount to the healing process.

Jack’s practice as a physical therapist is developed from evidence-informed care, clinical expertise, and the values and circumstances of the patient sitting in front of him. He will use these three main pillars to create a customized plan of care based on the patients’ needs.

Jack believes in the ethos of Headquarters Physical Therapy. He doesn’t just want his patients to simply reach their goals, but he wants them to enjoy the company they keep on the journey forward. When Jack isn’t working at HQ, you will probably see him inside the baseball cages as a hitting instructor for The Yard.

Ryan received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from George Fox University in 2015. Prior to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy Ryan received his bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Oregon State University. Ryan has a passion for promoting a narrative of resilience and empowerment, rather than a reliance on the traditional medical model. His purpose is to provide customized solutions to the needs of all individuals by creating a therapeutic alliance with each one.

Ryan utilizes a wide range of treatment approaches to promote positive adaptations that will improve an individuals ability to manage injury and the variability of sport/life. Nicole grew up in Tualatin, Oregon in the kitchen cooking alongside her mom. This led her to take culinary classes and enter competitions all through middle and high school. She went on to attend Culinary School at Linn Benton Community College while finishing her undergraduate degree. She graduated in 2018 from Oregon State University with her Degree in Nutrition.

As a lifelong athlete, she competed in sports ranging from water polo, softball, cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, track & field, soccer, etc. She later found her passion for triathlon in college where she competed for OSU’s Triathlon Club. She went on to race many Ironman70.’s, marathons, and ultra marathons. Which led her to work with our team here at HQPT for injury rehabilitation. Over the years of training, she went on her own journey to learn what NOT to do, how to fuel to perform, and how to sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of a structured training season.

Nicole is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for food & planning, fueling for sport, sustainable healthy living, and much more in a personalized approach with each of her patients to reach their goals. Her hope is that patients leave their sessions feeling empowered, educated, supported, and heard.
